About Me
My mission is to help others feel good, no matter what stage of life they are in. From a young age, I found myself questioning my purpose on this Earth, and through experiencing grief early on, I made it my life’s goal to discover ways to foster healing and happiness—not only for myself but also for those around me. After helping my own family heal from their traumas, I felt called to expand my reach and offer that same care and support to my community.
I am trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki and am currently deepening my practice under the guidance of a mentor trained in Holy Fire Reiki. This allows me to blend physical and spiritual approaches to healing in a way that resonates deeply with my clients. My background is as diverse as it is holistic, including herbal medicine, martial arts, psychedelic therapies, nursing education, and a lifelong passion for understanding the human mind. By weaving together these disciplines, I strive to offer personalized and comprehensive support to those I work with, helping them achieve balance, healing, and a renewed sense of well-being.
